Daily Update (6/10/25) - Item Crafting Refactor


Daily Update - June 10th 2025

Hi all! Bit of a "smaller" update today, since I spent a majority of the day refactoring how items are crafted together under the hood. Gone are the days of manually adding each individual item recipe (which was a pretty awful pattern that I just kinda went with for probably too long). You should really for realsies never get some unexpected Trash from crafting ever again! Woo! Also, if I want to add some more items and recipes later, it should be flexible enough to handle that, so that's cool too. There's also a couple more minor tweaks today too, so here's the changelog:

  • Art: Added art for the Lumberjack customer
  • Refactor/Bugfix: Updated how item crafting works under the hood to avoid any more possible missing fallback recipes. Now works off of the total of the types of the combined items (if no specific recipe is found)
  • UI: Adjusted some tooltip positioning on player status tooltips
  • Bugfix: Fixed missing tooltip for Speedy on Limited Time Offer
  • Bugfix: Fixed a typo in the text of Hot Item!
