Daily Update (3/03/25)
Daily Update - March 3rd, 2025
Wow, new month already! Today I started on a much needed rework of how customers decide to show up in your shop. Instead of how it is now, with a set number of customers appearing randomly every day, you'll have a customer pool that you'll be able to expand, depending on how many customers you satisfy. This is a bit of a bigger rework than normal, so I wasn't able to get much into the main game today, but I think it'll be a a missing piece of the puzzle in terms of giving players control over how they run their shops. In terms of changes for the day, just a couple bugfixes, though one of them is pretty important. Turns out you couldn't actually lose, but the UI would break in a confusing way when you should have lost, haha. Here's the changelog for the day!
Changelog (v0.9.1)
-----
- Bugfix: Fixed not actually seeing the game over screen when you lose
- Bugfix: Fixed needing to sometimes discard more than necessary when discarding to match your max hand size
