Daily Update - Feb 25th, 2025
Hey there! Halfway through the week! I made good progress on the sales desk decorations today. I managed to get all of the common decorations for that slot filled out, and even a good chunk of the uncommon ones too! That means I'll most likely finish up the remainder of the required decorations tomorrow, and have some time to do a bit of polishing and tweaking before I make this thing a proper public alpha. Exciting! Here's the changelog:

- New Content: Finished a cycle of uncommon sales desk decorations that grant you a free action of some sort for selling an item of a certain type (Model Sword/Model Bread/Miniature Potion)
- New Content: Added a cycle of common sales desk decorations that reduce the price of your customer's item for sale by $30 if you sell them an item with at least 2 specific different item types (Barbarian's Bowl/Enchanter's Wand/Innkeeper's Menu/Blacksmith's Seal)
- New Content: Added a common sales desk decoration: Music Box (When a customer leaves, if they were fully satisfied, draw 3 cards)
- New Content: Added a cycle of common sales counter decorations that reward you for selling items of a certain type by modifying cards in your inventory for the day: (Tea Cup/Toothpick Holder/Little Mirror/Free Mints)
- New Content: Added a common sales counter decoration: Booklet Rack (Gain a common tactic to your hand 25% of the time when selling items)
- New Content: Added a common sales counter decoration: Stepping Stool (Treat all item sales that start with the item's value below $20 as starting at $20)
- New Content: Added a common sales counter decoration: Silky Deskmat (The 1st polished item sold each day grants 1 Markup)
- New Content: Added a common sales counter decoration: Knife Sharpener (Easy Sale items sold increase the value of all Weapons in Hand by $15)
- Gameplay: Reworked Litter Bin decoration: now grants cash when you sell trash, instead of when you discard it. Buffed cash bonus as well ($15 -> 35))
- UI: Renamed the Food Replica decoration to "Big Bread Basket)
- Bugfix: Fixed Inventory and Discard piles not properly blocking mouse events to the topbar
- Bugfix: Fixed buy button state not being updated when customers raise the price of their item for sale
- Bugfix: Fixed buy button state not being updated correctly when a customer's item for sale has a price drop
- Bugfix: Fixed modifications to customers' Item for Sale not persisting when loading a day from a savegame (I just never save it in the first place - oops!)
