Daily Update - Jan 24th, 2025
Woohoo, Friday! Today, I spent a good chunk of the day doing some brainstorming on how to make customers more engaging beyond just adding more of them and expanding their various "attacks"/interactions with the player. Not much to report on that front yet, but maybe over the weekend I'll think of something fun. (I feel like I've said that before, haha). In terms of new stuff functionality wise, I added a few more rare tactics/mottos for the Shopkeeper, and did a bit of bugfixing after finding a few more weird edge cases on a playtesting run. Here's the changelog for the day:

- New Content: Added a new rare Shopkeeper tactic: Bizarre Bazaar (Discard all items, get a random item to hand per discarded item)
- New Content: Added a new rare Shopkeeper tactic: Convincing Sale (Sell an item, and ignore negative customer preferences at time of sale)
- New Content: Added a new rare Shopkeeper tactic: Special Order (Tutor an item)
- New Content: Added a new rare Shopkeeper Motto: All That Glitters (New trash becomes all types, worth 25$)
- Bugfix: Fixed incorrect name on Omni Potion item (Was incorrectly named Sharp Cheese)
- Bugfix: Fixed recipe for Gingerbread armor not working as expected for Potion + Cookpot Shield
- Bugfix: Fixed Various card selection effects not triggering correctly due to some queueing weirdness in the queued effects handler
