Added the following new tactics for the Shopkeeper:
- Additional Padding
- Distill Potion
- Extra Offence
- Fearmonger
- Fresh Shipment
- Kickstart Workbench
- Potionomics
- War Profiteer
Refactored Pack rewards to not be hard-wired, pull from a pool of cards
Buffed number of tactic rewards choices to 3 (was 2)
Added rarity display to cards in menus and cards being opened in packs
Updated the pack opening animation to pause and allow player to see what they actually got before moving on
Fixed some active buttons that shouldn't be active when confirming a card for a card effect selection
Added the following new item combination cards:
- Adventuring kit
- Medium Armor
- Heavy Armor
- Sharp Cheese
- Sustaining Potion
- Cookpot Shield
Added a version display and working title to the title screen
