Proper Controller UI Support - Daily Update (08/12/25)


Daily Update - August 12th, 2025

Hi all! I got off to a bit of a later start today, but I still managed to get a really nice upgrade in today's build for Controller users! Thanks to the Controller Icons plugin by rsubtil & contributors (https://github.com/rsubtil/controller_icons), the game should now recognize the controller you're using and show you the correct button icons for your current controller! Previously, I had hard-coded in the steam-deck icons and always used them, so this should be significantly less confusing if you're playing the game with a controller but not on a Steam Deck. I also snuck in a bunch of improvements to controller usage for the decoration inventory screen too, since during testing, I found it to be pretty bug-ridden. There's also a couple other UI tweaks in the build today, so here's the full changelog!
